Free wifi for Exeter Airport

A leading communications infrastructure company, has partnered with Exeter Airport to deliver free WiFi connectivity, to passengers travelling throughout the terminal building.

Previously, free WiFi had only been available for 30 minutes in centralised departure lounge areas. However, following an upgrade delivered by Arqiva, any passenger can now access up to 60 minutes of free WiFi connectivity daily, with coverage provided across all areas of the terminal building*. After one hour, access to the internet is chargeable at £3 an hour or £5 for three hours.

Teignbridge leisure centres are encouraging a healthy lifestyle by joining in with National Fitness Day on Wednesday 9 September.

Newton Abbot Leisure Centre, Broadmeadow Sports Centre and Dawlish Leisure Centre are providing free swims, gym sessions and other events for everyone as part of National Fitness Day.

People across the country will be given access to gyms, health clubs, leisure centres and park sessions throughout the UK in what is being billed as the country’s largest celebration of physical activity.

The Exeter branch of RGB Building Supplies is holding a free Summer Trade Day on Tuesday 9th June where those that work in the trades and DIY enthusiasts will be able to see demonstrations and talk to experts about a number of different products.

Free photography course in Exeter

Meridian Raw, a local social enterprise, is offering 20 places on a free 14-week photography course for the local Exeter community.

The course, which will take place every Friday from 1st May until 31st July 2015 (10am-1pm) at Exeter Community Centre will help participants create a photo-stories and photographic theme on a topics that inspire them.
