Showing national and international artist/makers whose practice involves the use of ethically-sourced, human or animal remains. Work includes jewellery, sculpture, textiles, taxidermy and photography, alongside historical artefacts lent by Plymouth Council Arts and Heritage, illustrating how artists are influenced by materials historically used to decorate and adorn.

Rime Friday & Saturday, Nothcott Theatre, Exeter Exeter Northcott Theatre’s Young Company re-launches with this re-imagining of Samuel Taylor Coleridge’s Rime of the Ancient Mariner. The Otter Vale Art Society, OVAS, will be holding its 41st annual art exhibition at The Institute, Ottery St. Mary from the 4-12 August from 10:30-5:00 daily.

This year the society is supporting Hospiscare with proceeds from the raffle, which include generoulsy donated works of art from well known artists, of which Phil Creek and Ray Balkwill are contributors.
