Helmores scoops three national awards

South West Estate Agents Helmores, based in Crediton, have secured three awards from the UK’s largest property industry directory and review website regarded by many as the definitive benchmark for comparing customer satisfaction levels of local agents.

Helmores fought off stiff competition to scoop Gold for the third year running as the best agent in EX17 and Crediton, Silver for Best Estate Agent in Devon and Silver for the best agents in the South West.

The independent, single office estate agency in Crediton is now ranked 49th out of 25295 firms in the UK.

The Blues House is a non-profit making monthly evening promoting blues music in Devon. Being able to name a street is usually reserved for the the high achievers or celebrities in our society, but one estate agency in Devon is giving the general public that very chance.

Crediton residents have so far provided a wealth of information about flooding vulnerabilities around the town as part of a community project being led by the University of Exeter, and now researchers are calling for more people to get involved.
