To celebrate Global Entrepreneurship week (16th -24th November), Exeter’s students and business professionals were invited to an inspiring development evening of Young Enterprise.

This business development event was held on the 18th November at St James School in Exeter, with delicious food for the networking afterwards sponsored by FRESHA.

Beauty Gala event in Exeter

On Thursday 3rd December, Debenhams in Princesshay will be hosting a beauty gala between 4-9pm.

The event will be a beauty bonanza with make overs, beauty samples, exclusive gifts, bubbles and nibbles as well as the chance to win a beauty hamper worth over £200.

Concessions involved in the gala include, Clarins, Estee lauder, Urban Decay, Benefit and Clinique.

Go-Kart Party a success for Age UK Exeter and Princesshay

Children having fun on electric go-carts rides in Princesshay this summer has raised over £600 for Age UK Exeter. Operators Go-Kart Party donated 10% of all takings throughout the summer to Age UK Exeter as part of the continued annual charity partnership between Age UK Exeter and Princesshay.

Hundreds of people flocked to see Exeter's Christmas lights being switched on.

Entertainment was provided by the Exeter University Jazz Orchestra, pantomime performances from Wonder Productions and Pinhoe Pantomime cast and the sounds of the Exeter Universities A-Capella groups.

Charity Christmas Tree Festival set to light up Princesshay

Princesshay’s Roman Walk will be sparkling with festive cheer as the centre hosts its third Charity Christmas Tree Festival.

The festival, which aims to raise both awareness and funds for local charities, will be opened with a celebratory light switch-on by the Lord Mayor of Exeter at 5pm on Friday 20 November. Representatives from participating charities will be attending the event, which follows the centre’s main Christmas lights switch-on on Thursday evening.

Princesshay is pleased to announce that it will once again be hosting Exeter city centre’s annual Christmas lights switch on event on Thursday 19th November 2015.

There will be a spectacular new decoration scheme, lighting up areas and walkways never previously illuminated. Thousands of LED lights, including lit canopies and hanging chandeliers, as well as lighting projections, will compliment the Christmas Tree centre pieces and a special walk through lit up bauble structure. Princesshay will reveal its brand new Christmas lights display at the Christmas lights switch on event on Thursday 19th November 2015 from 4pm – 8pm.

Princesshay will host Exeter city centre’s Christmas lights switch on for the fifth consecutive year.

Princesshay's security get set for Great West Run

Members of the Princesshay security team are limbering up for the annual Great West Run in Exeter on 18th October, to raise money for Princesshay’s charity of the year, Age UK Exeter.

David Purse, Princesshay Security Manager, will be leading the team of five through the testing half marathon race. Their aim is to raise £2000 in sponsorship for Age UK Exeter. This donation will help fund services and activities across the city in support of older people in the local community.
