More than 100 key business contacts from Exeter and Devon attended Sandy Park’s third Network at Sandy Park event on Thursday 18th January. Guest speaker Michael Caines MBE gave fascinating insights into his career and shared how his hard work, vision and determination enabled his dreams to become a reality when he opened Lympstone Manor nearly a year ago. Gidleigh Park chef to depart

Andrew Brownsword Hotels and Michael Wignall have announced that Michael is to leave Gidleigh Park. Set to depart after the New Year, Michael is looking forward to commencing a new venture of his own.

Menu confirmed for the Evening with Michael Caines event

With just a week to go until the third Exeter Foundation evening with Michael Caines MBE, the menu and accompanying wine has been confirmed.

The menu, which has been devised by Michelin-starred chef Michael Caines MBE and Sandy Park’s Head Chef Sam Billson, includes luxury canapes, followed by a decadent five-course menu and petit fours and coffee to finish.

Michelin-starred chef Michael Caines MBE will be teaming up with Sandy Park’s Head Chef Sam Billson in the Sandy Park kitchen in November, for his third evening in aid of the Exeter Foundation.

Local independent adoption agency and charity, Families for Children, are appealing for potential adopters to come forward who will consider adopting a sibling group. If adoptive families cannot be found soon then it is likely that these brothers and sisters will be separated.

Local adoption charity launches the Atrium

Families for Children, local adoption agency and charitable trust, were joined by patron and adoptee Michael Caines, MBE, to officially launch their new Centre for Adoption Support, the Atrium.

Friday evening (28th April) saw the 3rd Kirk Hills Omelette Challenge take place at Exeter Castle as part of the Exeter Festival of South West Food and Drink.
