Gourmet Dining in the Dark for WESC

At 6.30pm on Thursday 1 May, the Salutation Inn in Topsham, which offers the very best local, regional and seasonal produce cooked by Tom Williams-Hawkes and his brigade to a modern French influenced style, will be hosting a unique gourmet dining event in association with WESC Foundation.

Grandson fuels support for Air Ambulances

Zumba Funds Boost for Headway!

On Saturday 29 March, generous local people shimmied, skipped and shook their way to raising £193 at a Zumbathon for Headway Devon, the local brain injury charity.

The event took place at the Riverside Leisure Centre in Exeter and was instructed by Johanna Morgan, founder of Sidmouth’s JM DanceFit. Attendees of all ages and abilities kicked their weekend into shape together and enjoyed sixty minutes of fun-loving Zumba, making every move count to raise valuable funds for this deserving local cause.

This Saturday (29 March) Headway Devon are hosting a fun-filled Zumba Party at Riverside Leisure Centre in Exeter to raise money for local people with brain injuries!

From 10-11am, qualified local instructor Johanna Morgan of JM DanceFit will be leading an hour-long Zumba class at the Riverside Leisure Centre, near Exeter Quay. The class is open for everyone to come along and enjoy and will be a great and sociable opportunity to burn some calories and try out a new activity.

Almost 200 members of the public have signed up to be a part of this sponsored sleep out on Saturday 15th March at The Guildhall Shopping Centre, Exeter.

Event organiser, Sophie Hodge, says “we are overwhelmed by the support of the community. So many people have come together to make a difference in the lives of homeless young people and I just want to take this opportunity to say a massive thank you to each of them.”

Exeter School's Vocal Ensemble is looking forward to performing at TEDx Exeter for the first time.

The choral group is made up of 18 of the school's finest singers aged 15-18.
