Exeter Firewalk for MS Society

Would you like to walk on fire? Take your chance at an MS Society Firewalk, where you'll walk 20 feet across burning embers.

On the night, participants will undergo a two hour training session to prepare them for the challenge of stepping onto embers burning at around 1200 degrees Fahrenheit.

Event details
The registration fee is £25 per person, and we ask you to raise a minimum £125 to help support people with MS.

Once you have signed up, you'll be sent a free fundraising pack. Places are limited, so book today to avoid disappointment.

Service supports charity Teddy Bear event

The fourth Teddy Bear Parachute Jump event is taking place in the grounds of Exeter Cathedral on Saturday 13 October, 11am–3pm.   The Rotary Clubs of Exeter have organised the event with the permission of the Cathedral authorities and the proceeds will be divided between The Exeter Cathedral Third Millennium Campaign and The Bramble Ward which is the children's ward at the Royal Devon & Exeter Hospital.    There will be children’s entertainment around the Cathedral, Bearamy Bear from Build-A-Bear and Blaze Bear from the Devon & Somerset Fire & Rescue Service.

Fun for all at West Town Farm Apple & Pumpkin Day

The nights are drawing in, the days getting cooler, the seasons are changing and it's time for the last farm event of the year - Apple & Pumpkin Day! Come along with your family for a delightful autumnal event:
  • Carve pumpkins grown on the farm in preparation for Halloween. 
  • Help us bring in the apples and press them into delicious sweet juice. 
  • Clamber on the straw bale den.
  • Explore the farm trails on foot or by tractor trailer.
  • Feed the pigs.
  • Cook over a campfire.
