On Sunday 9th November Exeter plays host to the fifth annual ‘Twilight Running’ event when a selection of vintage vehicles will operate across several historic Exeter City Transport bus routes.
Vehicles taking part date from the 1930s right up to the 1980s and will be departing from Exeter City Bus Station stands 2, 3 and 4 from 2pm in the afternoon up until 7pm in the evening. All journeys will start and finish at the bus station and will last anywhere up to 45 minutes. Passengers will only be able to board at the bus station and all journeys are completely free.

Hundreds of schoolchildren were given the opportunity to learn about where their food comes from, by visiting The Tesco Eat Happy Project stand at Farm Wise in Devon.
They joined over 6,400 Devon-based children who have already enjoyed a Farm to Fork Trail in a local Tesco store.
The Tesco Eat Happy Project attended Farm Wise in Devon, an event organised by Devon County Council to educate schoolchildren about the journey their food goes on and its nutritional content. The event was held at the WestPoint Arena, Exeter and started at 9.30am.

A polar bear called Bjorn is coming to the English Riviera – for one day.
Bjorn is a life-size and incredibly life-like animatronic. The huge, hi-tech puppet will perform three 20-minute shows at 11.00am, 2.00pm and 3.30pm on Wednesday 29th October.
Bjorn is playful, mischievous and extremely huggable, and is just about kept in check by Arctic explorer Ursula. Their science-based show has been performed at events such as BT Young Scientist of the Year, Cambridge Science Week, W5 Science Centre & World Oceans Day.
