Hospiscare’s annual Coffee Morning event is about to get under way. Throughout the area, people are signing up to raise funds for the local charity by holding coffee mornings in their homes, community halls and even their local parks. Businesses, too, are getting ready to brew up for Hospiscare.

Popular local celebrity Judy Spiers and her faithful companion Gus Honeybun, will once again be joining in the fun and popping in to visit coffee mornings during the event, which runs throughout September.

Eden Motor Group goes the extra mile for Macmillan Cancer Support

Local Vauxhall retailer, Eden Motor Group, recently brewed up a massive £15,200 for Macmillan Cancer Support after taking part in the ‘World’s Biggest Coffee Morning’. Eden Motor Group, with dealerships in Exeter, Honiton, Newton Abbot and Torquay, served up slices of cake and numerous cuppas on 29th September in order to raise much needed funds for the charity. The Hospiscare Coffee Morning 2017 is on its way, and popular local celebrity Judi Spiers is once again supporting the local charity, joining coffee and cake lovers in Exeter, Mid and East Devon throughout September.

Hospiscare Coffee Mornings are being held by supporters in their homes and village halls, even in local parks if the weather is fine.
