Police are renewing their appeal for witnesses and anyone with information to come forward following a fatal collision – with details of a vehicle they are keen to trace also being released.

Devon & Somerset Fire & Rescue were called to a road traffic collision on the A380, Telegraph Hill near to Ideford this morning.
One fire appliance was despatched to the incident from Exeter Danes Castle and one from Exeter Middlemoor.
On arrival crews found a single vehicle that had been involved in a collision with a horse. Fire crews report that nobody was trapped within the vehicle. Several horses were on the carriageway and were being looked after by police, whilst the casualties were being cared for by paramedics.
A Copplestone woman has died following a road traffic collision on the A377 that occurred last November.
78-year-old Patricia Anne Daniels was the driver of a red Nissan Almera, which was in collision with a silver Volvo C70 on the A377 just before 5pm on Tuesday 27 November 2012 at Barnstaple Cross between Crediton and Copplestone.
Mrs Daniels was taken to hospital following the incident but died on 19 February 2013.

There are problems on the A38 tonight. There are reports of heavy traffic queuing on the A38 northbound in Buckfastleigh at Lower Dean Junction, because of an accident involving overturned vehicle. Lane now open again. Fire & Rescue crews have confirmed that one vehicle was involved in a traffic collision, with a car in a field. Two occupants have been released from the vehicle by the fire service personnel and taken to hospital via land ambulance.

Update: Stagecoach Service 1 and K/T RED Park & Ride will now return to their normal routes after Pinhoe Road was reopened following a previous accident, but due to build up of traffic will be subject to delays.

Police are continuing to appeal for witnesses following a road traffic collision which left a 78 year old Copplestone woman with serious injuries.
A silver Volvo C70 and a red Nissan Almera were involved in the incident which happened at just before 5 p.m. on Tuesday 27 November 2012 on the A377 at Barnstaple Cross between Crediton and Copplestone. The road was closed for one and a half hours.

An eighteen year old man from Axminster has died after a car crash last night at Musbury.
He was driving a black Porsche on the A358 when it was in collision with a van. Emergency services attended but he died at the scene... the driver and passenger of the van escaped serious injury. Police are appealing for any witnesses to contact them.
