13 August 1.05pm: The A382 in Wray Barton, Dartmoor is currently closed with reports of delays in both directions near the Pepperdon Hall Lane junction due to an earlier accident involving two vehicles.

Shortly before midday on Tuesday 9 July, an elderly woman pedestrian who was standing on a pavement was struck by a car that was being driven by an elderly man. The incident took place on Gatehouse Close in Dawlish. Police report that the car, a silver Skoda Fabia, was manoeuvring in the street and for an unknown reason left the road, striking the woman pedestrian before careering through a nearby garden, coming to rest against a nearby property. Tributes have been paid to Nick Milligan, the 51-year-old father killed in a tragic speedboat accident in the Camel Estuary near Padstow on Sunday (5 May).
Mr Milligan and his eight-year-old daughter died after they and four other members of their family were thrown out of the boat into the water. They are believed to have been hit by the vessel as it circled the vicinity.
Eye witness reports suggest the boat was out of control in water near to the harbour of the North Cornwall town.

A 23-year-old Plymouth man is in hospital with life-threatening injuries following a single-vehicle road traffic collision on the A30 at Tedburn St Mary.
The collision took place at around 5.30pm on Sunday 17 March 2013 and involved a Peugeot 106 car, which was travelling east.
The driver lost control of the vehicle, which left the road and came to rest down a steep embankment.

A tragic accident involving fireworks occurred in Jesus Tepactepec, a village of about 1,000 people 70 miles (112 kilometers) east of Mexico City on Friday 15 March.
