Mayor breaks ground at new Topsham Retirement Living Plus development

The Right Worshipful the Lord Mayor of Exeter, Councillor Trish Oliver, donned a hard hat last week to help break the ground at McCarthy Stone’s latest Topsham Retirement Living Plus development, Pym Court on Beswick Avenue.

The Lord Mayor joined McCarthy Stone’s Senior Site Manager, Allen Hickman, and Assistant Site Manager, Tim Jackson, to take a closer look at development plans and mark construction at the site.

Exeter based Old Mill launches Stamp Duty Land Tax team

Exeter financial experts Old Mill has created a specialist in-house team covering the complexities surrounding Stamp Duty Land Tax (SDLT).
