England Netball are excited to announce the launch of our Netball Youth Camps (NYC) this summer. When we spoke to junior netballers they told us that they wanted more opportunities to play netball during the summer holidays so we have designed these camps to do just that!

New facility to revolutionise University golf programme

Golf in the South West has received a boost this month as Exeter golfers past and present celebrated the official opening of the Vic Ambler Golf Centre on 15 May.

The event, at the University’s Streatham campus officially unveiled the new, purpose-built, short-game practice area at the Sports Park which will offer golfers from across the region the latest golf green technology.

Meet the builders day at Castle Drogo

Visitors to Castle Drogo will get the opportunity to learn more about the ongoing building work to make building water tight on 27 May.

In 2013 one of the largest projects ever undertaken by the National Trust began at Castle Drogo.

The castle has suffered major structural problems ever since completion which has resulted in serious leaks and water penetration throughout the building. The husband of a Devon woman killed while on a fundraising cycle challenge has thanked donators from around the world for their generosity. Sharon Bridgman, 38, was killed in April after she was struck by a motorist whilst on a round-the-world, to raise money for the charity Shelterbox, with her husband. Since the news reached them last month, the couple's friends and family have worked hard to raise more than £9,100 of the initial £10,000 target in an effort to commemorate Sharon’s memory.
