Twenty-two students from Blundell’s School took part in the annual Ten Tors event on Dartmoor over the weekend.
Despite gale force conditions in camp the night before the event, reducing sleep to just a couple of hours, all students made it to the start line at 7am and completed their respective distances in great spirits.

Over the course of the 2017 season, over £1million in prize money will be spread across the 18 fixtures which will take place between April and October.
This year, the minimum amount of prize money on offer will be: £6,000 for all Class 5 hurdles, £6,750 for all Class 5 chases, £7,250 for all Class 4 hurdles and £7,500 for all Class 4 chases.

Six gardens near Kingsteignton will be opening their gates to members of the public, to raise vital funds for Rowcroft Hospice in June. The ‘Orchard Open Gardens’ event will take place on 18 June from 12 noon to 5pm. Entry will be £5 per person, with free entry for children.
