The existing exit at the bottom end of Aller Brake Road where it connects onto the A380 is to be closed as part of the South Devon Link Road construction programme.
The closure will take place with effect from 9pm on Sunday 10 May. It will remain closed for a period of approximately 12 weeks and will re-open at the end of July 2015.
The works are a key part of the construction programme which facilitates final access for residents of the Aller estate onto the Aller Park Link Road, whilst also increasing the drainage capacity in the vicinity.

Strong winds are set to batter Devon tomorrow (Tuesday 5 May), with gusts of up to 50mph forecast.
A Met Office spokesman said: "Southwesterly winds will gust to over 50 mph at times in parts of southern England and south Wales, and to 60 mph in some exposed coastal sites.
"The public are advised that these gusts may cause minor damage to trees, and make travel tricky for the likes of towing vehicles."
The warning is valid from 9am until 7pm tomorrow.

Police have named the teenage girl who died following a fatal speedboat incident in Brixham, Devon, on Saturday 2 May 2015.
Emily Gardner (pictured), 14, from the Gloucester area, was trapped underneath a small speedboat, after it overturned, with three other people on board, just outside Brixham Harbour.
Officers were alerted about the incident by the Coastguard at 12.11pm. Lifeboat crews from Brixham attended and released Emily before taking her to shore.
Emily was taken to Torbay Hospital by ambulance in a critical condition but was pronounced dead a short time...

Exeter School has been awarded the prestigious Royal Navy Cup by the Royal Life Saving Society (RLSS) Devon Branch for the sixth time in nine years.
