Police appeal after Kingsteignton hit and run

Police are urgently appealing for witnesses to a serious road traffic collision in Kingsteignton on Saturday 8th April in which a pedestrian received life threatening injuries having been struck by a vehicle which left the scene.

The collision happened in Gestridge Road at around 12.50am when a 25 year old man from Kingsteignton was struck by a small silver car, possibly a darker colour, which was traveling in the direction of Fore Street.

Topsham RFC Summer Bank Holiday Car Boot Sales

Back by popular demand Topsham Rugby Club will be hosting their Car Boot Sale on the Bank Holidays this summer (Monday 1st May, Monday 29th May and Monday 28th August) from 9:30 am to 1pm.

Public on foot - free entrance. We would welcome a £1 donation for parking.

Sellers will be welcome to set up at 8am with fees £6 per car and small vans, larger vehicles and trailers at £10 each.

The clubhouse will be open with hot food and drinks available all morning and the Bar will also be open towards lunchtime, with guest ales and longstanding favourites on offer.

The annual survey results reveal that East Devon’s new community of Cranbrook has continued to remain happy overall during the past 12 months.

A wonder strike from Tom Owen-Evans sent Exeter City to their first defeat in five games as they lost 1-0 at home to Newport County AFC.
