Network Plus Envolve, a joint venture between Network Plus and Envolve Infrastructure , has established new offices at Exeter Science Park to support the delivery of a new framework with South West Water.

Approximately 15 engineers, project managers and technical specialists will be based at Envolve’s new offices within the George Parker Bidder Building - a net-zero carbon facility at Exeter Science Park.
