Network Plus Envolve opens Exeter Science Park office to support major water programme

Network Plus Envolve, a joint venture between Network Plus and Envolve Infrastructure, has established new offices at Exeter Science Park to support the delivery of a new framework with South West Water.

Approximately 15 engineers, project managers and technical specialists will be based at Envolve’s new offices within the George Parker Bidder Building - a net-zero carbon facility at Exeter Science Park. The team is expected to grow significantly, potentially doubling within the next 12 to 18 months.

Matt Bridge, Framework Director at Envolve Infrastructure, said: “We have recently mobilised our team in the region to support our new framework and we were looking for a base to support the project teams delivering this important programme of work.

“Exeter Science Park offered the ideal location for this project. Its proximity to South West Water’s headquarters, strong regional transport links, and access to high-quality serviced office and collaboration space were all key factors in our decision.”

Envolve Infrastructure, which has a workforce of over 300 people nationally, delivers complex infrastructure schemes with a focus on the water and utilities sector.

Matt added: “I’d previously visited the Science Park and was impressed by its facilities. It’s an ideal environment to support the team and we’re pleased to be opening our new offices here.”

Jason Buck, Senior Business Development Manager at Exeter Science Park, said:

“We’re delighted to welcome Envolve Infrastructure to the Science Park community. Their expertise in water infrastructure and their commitment to delivering sustainable, high-impact engineering projects aligns perfectly with our mission to support innovation-led businesses tackling global challenges.”
