New buildings for Exeter Science Park

New buildings are planned at Exeter Science Park to accommodate high growth and technology and research intensive companies looking to expand their operations.

National property consultancy Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) is acting as agent for Exeter Science Park and is actively seeking science and technology businesses to occupy a series of grow on buildings.

The buildings are being developed as part of the first phase of the science park, which includes the £8 million Science Park Centre for collaboration and innovation opening in spring 2015.
