This three hour workshop focuses on the importance of stable foundations in yoga practice with a specific look at the feet and their relation to the pelvis, and the hands in relation to the shoulders.

Julie Yount is an experienced Yoga instructor who started her Yoga journey in the Bujinkan Martial Arts, which she studied around the world for over a decade. Since then she has completed a Yoga Foundation course with the British Wheel of Yoga and is qualified as a Yoga teacher with the Devon School of Yoga. Mosaic Workshop course

A creative personal approach using broken pottery, found objects, vitreous glass etc to create your own mirror frame/ mosaic object for your garden. We will work on a project throughout the 5 weeks taking you through the design process, preparation, choice of materials and use of cutting tools.
