This three hour workshop focuses on the importance of stable foundations in yoga practice with a specific look at the feet and their relation to the pelvis, and the hands in relation to the shoulders.
Julie Yount is an experienced Yoga instructor who started her Yoga journey in the Bujinkan Martial Arts, which she studied around the world for over a decade. Since then she has completed a Yoga Foundation course with the British Wheel of Yoga and is qualified as a Yoga teacher with the Devon School of Yoga. During her career she has been privileged to study with Shiva Rea, Kino MacGregor, Duncan Hulin and many more.
