Fans of sheep shearing can enjoy a day of trials and competitions on a Devon farm on Saturday (August 15). Organisers of the Devon County Show are hosting the annual Lamb Shearing at Sidbury, near Sidmouth. Entry is free and the line-up features some of the most talented shearers and sheep dog handlers in the country.
