Proms at Bicton Park

Come and enjoy a wonderful evening of music in the beautiful grounds of Bicton's Italian Gardens. Bring a picnic and listen to the South West British Telecom Band, India's finest tenor Anando Mukerjee, and soprano Laure Meloy. Music will include popular operatic arias and songs from musical theatre The concert will conclude with all your 'proms' favourites and a spectacular firework display by the lake.

Princesshay to host Busking Festival

Buskers will bring a splash of colour and the sound of music to Princesshay over the summer solstice at the launch of a brand new Busking Festival. Musicians and performers are expected in Princesshay Square on Thursday 19 and Friday 20 June from 11am until 7pm each day.

The Busking Festival, organised by Princesshay, is part of its Centre Stage initiative offering up and coming performers the chance to showcase their talent to shoppers in the centre.

British rock legend Ian McLagan will be performing at the Exeter Phoenix on Tuesday 8th July as part of his UK tour.

Ian, who has worked alongside musical legend Rod Stewart, is touring to promote his new album ' United States'. The album is his first studio album in five years and will be released the day before his Exeter peformance.
