An exciting new jazz orchestra will be “locking horns” in public for the first time at a charity gig in Exeter on Sunday 2nd February.

Formed in Autumn 2013, the Locked Horns Jazz Orchestra features musicians from all over the county and plays a range of jazz from across the ages.

This, their first ever live performance, will take place at the Monkey Suit on Sidwell Street from 8pm and will be a great opportunity to relax and catch up with friends while enjoying some great live music. Entry will be £2.00 each with profits being donated to Headway Devon – the local brain...

We are looking to raise awareness of leprosy in the UK, as well as to fundraise for various projects including a Kindergartenr. Rufiji Leprosy Trust administers and fundraises for the Kindwitwi Leprosy Care Centre in the Rufiji district of Tanzania. The gig features four of the most exciting Exeter bands around at the moment for an evening of funk, soul, indie and rock. Exeter Corn Exchange has announced details of the new events programme for spring.

Highlights include the Ukulele Orchestra of Great Britain, stars from TV’s Strictly Come Dancing, the Vienna Festival Ballet, comedian Jon Richardson, X Factor winner Joe McElderry and Ruby Wax.
