Exeter Phoenix kicks off 2018 with a sensational line up

The past six months have seen some exciting changes for the South West’s busiest multi-artform venue. With a large capital project to improve facilities on the horizon, and the launch of their public fundraising campaign in October, 2018 promises to be an exciting year for the city’s arts scene. Exeter Phoenix’s buzzing hub for theatre, live music, indie cinema and contemporary arts has historically brought a wealth of unique arts experiences and big names to the region. The photographers participating in this theme have sent us striking images of the widest range of species, from elephants to insects. Many of the images in this exhibition highlight the relationships that species have with their habitats. Performance was conceived early in 2012 as British excitement grew in anticipation of hosting the Olympics. Local sporting events were photographed as communities played their part in preparing for the Games. Poltimore House brought to life for a weekend of floral design

Over St George’s Day weekend, hundreds of flower enthusiasts visited Poltimore House just outside Exeter for the first ever Poltimore Flower Festival.
