Members of the public will be able to see at first hand Aviva Investors’ £7 million plans for the remodelling of the Guildhall Shopping Centre in Exeter at an event to be held on Tuesday 21 January.
The event will take place between 11am and 4pm at Unit 13 in the Centre’s Market Arcade and will feature a display showing architect’s drawings, CGIs and artist’s impressions. It will also include details about the thought processes behind the designs, the materials to be used and the timescales involved in the project.

Police in Ilfracombe are investigating a series of burglaries where credit cards, TVs, laptops and even a car have been taken from homes in the area.
The burglaries which began in the New Year have targeted insecure homes usually during the night.
A police spokesperson said: “We are advising residents to be extra vigilant and ensure all doors and ground floor windows are secured at night, including sheds and garages.
“If anyone who has seen anyone acting suspiciously or has any information about this recent spate please let us know.”

The body recovered from the sea last Saturday (11 January) has been formally identified as the missing teenager Harry Martin today (16 January).
