Aldi is looking to hire 110 colleagues in Devon this year as the company looks to open new stores and update others.

Britain’s fourth largest supermarket is on the lookout for people of all levels of experience to fill roles across the region, with salaries of up to £43,440.

The roles include full and part-time positions such as Stock Assistants and Store Assistants, all the way up to Assistant Store Managers.

The Exeter Dementia Action Alliance (EDAA) have partnered with Training2Care who are pioneers of the Virtual Dementia Tour (VDT) in the UK.

Training2Care have now created Dementia Interpreters training addressing the vital importance of communication and language in dementia support.

Several students from West Exe School , part of the Ted Wragg Trust , recently took part in Philosothon UK.

A Philosothon is a friendly “competition” between small teams in which students participate in a series of “Communities of Inquiry” and are judged by the quality of their participation. Princesshay are inviting you to explore their hidden oasis for insects and plant life, giving access to the Princesshay Bee garden through tours from May to September.

EXETER Pride, one of the South West's biggest celebrations of the lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans plus (LGBTQ+) communities, and one of the biggest free Pride events in the country, will take place on Saturday, May 11 with a return of the march through the city centre followed by some exciting events.
