This month the Yoga Brunch will be held at the stunning Court Barn at Highfield Farm in Topsham!

We will start the morning with a dynamic Yoga session, moving with ease, creating space in our bodies, allowing the body to move softly with no tension, no stress, no competition.

The Yoga Brunch is returning to Exeter! After such wonderful feedback from our first Yoga Brunch in Exeter I just had to run it again!

SATURDAY 21st May starting at 10:15AM we are going to explore and move the body through a super fun dynamic flow which will challenge yet ease your body into movement.

Open to guys and girls, Yogis, non-Yogis, never stretched before to stretch every day people, come and start your weekend off with movement, smiles and meeting new awesome people!

Celebrate with a free cuppa and a cake at The Beacon, Exeter’s dynamic community centre as we mark our first birthday and a hat trick of successes tomorrow. (Fri May 6)

The volunteer team which runs the centre in Beacon Lane has three reasons to be happy.

• The first successful transition in Exeter of a former county council youth centre, the Knight Club, into a vibrant community centre for Beacon Heath.

A new renewable energy league table reveals which counties have the most solar panels installed across England and Wales. The South West comes out top, with Cornwall taking first place and Devon hot on its heels. Crediton schools join community arts project

Schools in Crediton have joined together in a major arts project and will display their creations in a special ‘pop-up’ exhibition in the town after Easter.

Pupils from Landscore Primary School have been working on a project using mosaics as well as teaming up with students from Queen Elizabeth’s Community College’s art and English department to make prints.

Children from Haywards Primary School have been using ceramics in their project.

All their creations will go on show with other work in textiles and photography by older people in the town at an exhibition...

Thousands flock to University fun day

An estimated 2,500 people visited the University of Exeter’s Streatham Campus for a fun-filled programme of free family events yesterday.

The award-winning grounds were abuzz as local residents took part in tours, a treasure hunt and a wide range of sports sessions, from football skills with Exeter City football club, to archery, touch rugby, and ultimate Frisbee.
