The move to larger premises, from nearby Keble House, is a reflection of the global property firm's ongoing success and need to accommodate its growing team.

The property consultancy firm, which has had a presence in the city since 1990, has agreed to take a large part of the ground floor of the office building, from landlord Valad, as the firm continues to expand its business. It has agreed terms on over 4,500 sq ft of Grade A office space.
