The Festival will be on the 17th, 18th and 19th July in St Margaret’s Church, Topsham.
We will be open from 10.00 a.m. to 7.00 p.m. on the Thursday and Friday and until 5.30pm on the Saturday. The late opening provides an opportunity for those who work to come and enjoy the exhibits.
On Friday at 6pm there will be music performed by Chris and Josie Walledge and friends.
The theme is MEMORIES and exhibitors are coming up with a wide and interesting range of titles. It will be fun to see how these are interpreted in flowers and memorabilia.
This year's Respect promises to be as exciting as ever with a fantastic line-up of acts and activities taking place in Belmont Park from 12noon to 7pm on Saturday 31 May and from 11am to 6 pm on Sunday 1 June 2014.

St Petrock’s, Exeter’s charity for people who are homeless, has received further funding for its Private Rented Service which, so far, has successfully accommodated and continues to support 62 individuals who were previously homeless, in the local area.
The award has been made by Crisis, the national homelessness charity, as a result of additional government funding and aims to help 2,250 people who are homeless, over the next two years, by financially supporting projects around the country, like St Petrock’s in Exeter.

Exmouth Town Council, East Devon District Council (EDDC) and local resident, Ed Hughes, have worked together to get Exmouth the brand new seafront outdoor shower that residents wanted.
The outdoor shower, next to The Octagon, is free and has two shower heads and two lower down foot washers.
Funding for this project (Section 106 money) became available as a result of a number of housing developments in the Exmouth Town Council area. Section 106 money is collected from developers and spent by EDDC, which chooses to involve the community in how it allocates funds.

Grahame Pullen, a 62-year-old sport fishing journalist caught Porbeagle sharka estimated measure in at 8ft and 450lb near an unspecified resort on the North Devon coast with friend and colleague Wayne Comben. As part of the day the new £40,000 outdoor Multi Use Games Area (MUGA) with lines and goals for netball, basketball and football, was officially opened.
Town Mayor and EDDC Champion for Exmouth, Councillor John Humphreys, cut the ribbon and declared the games area open and ready for fun. As part of the opening basketball coaching was available from a professional basketballer on the new games area.

A variety of work will be on show at Buckfast Abbey from 11 June- 31 October during an exciting sculpture exhibition ' Open Doors'. The exhibition, organised by Dartmouth Contemporary Arts, will feature work created by the South West Sculptors Association. Visitors will be treated to a variety of work ranging from the contemporary abstract to the more familiar representational. Most sculptures can be seen in the ‘Physic’ and ‘Sensory’ gardens and artist details are available from the Abbey.
