Local children’s authors are supporting Story Time with Barnardo’s and John Lewis Exeter, a fun and engaging storytelling campaign which aims to highlight the importance of interaction and communication to a child’s early development whilst raising money to support the UK’s most vulnerable children.

From 16 August to 31 August the Devon Art Society will be holding their summer exhibition at St Anne’s Hall, Babbacombe. The hall will be open every day 10am - 6pm. Admission is free.

A group of youngsters from Devon who have been in the care of Devon County Council have been celebrated at a national event in London to showcase a special Art Project aimed at exploring their dreams and aspirations.
The group who were nominated by invitation only took their work to the Listen Up 2014 expedition event hosted by the ‘Who Cares’ Trust in Westminster.
