The quartet has worked closely with many leading composers having commissioned works from Gavin Bryars, Steve Martland, Joe Duddell, Hugh Hopper, Mike Westbrook, Mark-Anthony Turnage and Michael Finnissy to name a few. The quartet has always looked to extend the range/repertoire and possibilities of what a quartet of saxophones can present, combining a...

Guitarist with Jethro Tull for a staggering 43 years, Martin’s solo on ‘Aqualung’ was voted the 25th finest solo ever in a U.S. guitar poll, just one small accolade for a guitarist who’s worked live with Phil Collins, Gary Moore, Joe Bonamassa, Paul McCartney, and in the past has shared stages with Hendrix, Fleetwood Mac, Pink Floyd and Led Zeppelin. His current band has been together for four years and will be playing many of those classic songs from the ‘Tull’ back catalogue.
Sitting somewhere between country and alternative, the collective known as Willard Grant Conspiracy have been hailed as the new heroes of their genre. Based near Palmdale, California, the band’s only permanent member, the heavily bearded vocalist Robert Fisher, has a style that has been compared to both John Cale and Johnny Cash. With a collective of some 30+ musicians, Willard Grant Conspiracy are a force to be reckoned with – both physically and musically.
