New director focuses on Devon homebuyers
Homebuyers in Devon are set to benefit from fresh leadership as Allison Homes appoints David Hnyda as Sales Director for the South West.
David brings decades of experience in senior sales and marketing roles at some of the UK’s most recognised housebuilders. In his new position, he will oversee customer support and lead sales across Allison Homes’ active developments in Bradworthy, Buckland Brewer, North Tawton and Winkleigh.
Explaining his decision to join, David said he was drawn to the company’s strong customer focus and core values of teamwork, passion, kindness and trust. “Buying a home is one of the most significant decisions people make, and they deserve to feel informed and supported throughout the process. Allison Homes puts the customer at the centre of everything it does, which is a principle I’ve built my career around. I’m excited to lead the sales strategy across the region and help the business realise its ambitious plans for growth.”
Glyn Mabey, Managing Director at Allison Homes South West, welcomed the appointment: “David’s proven track record and customer-first approach make him a strong strategic addition to our leadership team. His experience will be key in supporting buyers across Devon, where demand remains strong. With new homes under construction and several developments in the pipeline, his role is critical as we scale up delivery and welcome more people to the new communities we’re creating across the South West.”
Allison Homes is currently building at Primrose Meadows in Bradworthy, Foxglove View in Buckland Brewer, Weavers Place in North Tawton and High Moor View in Winkleigh. The company’s next major development, in Landkey near Barnstaple, is expected to launch in early 2026, further expanding opportunities for homebuyers in the region.
