Free advice for first time buyers in Exeter

First time buyers are invited to make a date to visit a just launched housing development in Exeter to receive free expert advice.

Edenstone Homes is hosting a special event at its Willow Grange development over the weekend of August 16 and 17 to help would-be homeowners.

From 11am to 4pm on both days the friendly sales team and new homes mortgage experts will be available to support buyers.

Edenstone operations director Chris Edge explained: “Willow Grange is an exciting new development taking shape less than two miles from Exeter’s vibrant city centre. Homes at Willow Grange are currently being sold off plan, with a show home due to open in late summer/ autumn.

Initial prices are from £289,995 for a two-bedroom semi-detached Ashmore style property backing onto mature woodland.
