With the Christmas season in full swing, Sidmouth, a Wyevale Garden Centre, has preparations underway to welcome the arrival of Father Christmas to the centre on Saturday 3rd December to open his magical Christmas grotto, which is set to be bigger and better than ever! Professional touch as community takes the stage for Christmas classic

An ambitious production of Scrooge the Musical – based on the Dickens’ classic ‘A Christmas Carol’ - promises to be a festive treat for audiences.

The song-filled community performance, which features actors, singers and dancers from Kentisbeare Performing Arts, takes place at Kentisbeare Village Hall from Tuesday December 6 to Saturday, December 10.

The team at the Exeter Christmas Market are all hands on deck in a final push to prepare the festive market for opening this Saturday on Cathedral Green.

After the recent fire which destroyed several historical buildings in Cathedral Yard, there was concern that the market may not have been able to go ahead.
