La La Choirs land a sponsor
La La Choirs are delighted to announce that the Headline Sponsor for this year’s CLIC for Christmas fundraising concert is Apple Central Taxis Exeter.
Steve Screech, General Manager of Apple Taxis Exeter, said: “As Exeter's biggest taxi company, Apple Taxis are at the core of the community and are pleased to be able to work
with La La Choirs to support this very worthwhile cause."
“Between April 1st and November 30th (8 months), Apple Taxis will be donating 10p for every booking we receive from all Exeter and surrounding area hotels, so as to raise money for this fantastic charity. Our aim is to raise a minimum of £2,500 - 25,000 bookings! – If we exceed our target we will be even more delighted!”

CLIC Sargent can currently help two in three families. They want to support all families. We can help them achieve this goal but we can’t do it alone. I’m over the moon that Steve Screech and the team at Apple Taxis have joined us.

From diagnosis, CLIC Sargent’s specialist care teams step in, ready to help, support and guide. They provide a specialist package of support tailored to each young cancer
patient and their family.
The money raised by Apple Taxi could fund a room in one of CLIC Sargent’s Homes from Home for just over ten weeks.
CLIC Sargent Homes from Homes provide free self-catering accommodation near to specialist children’s cancer treatment centres, which are often many miles from a family’s own home.
Staying in a Home from Home ensures a family can not only be close to their child during treatment, but also elevates any financial concerns on where to stay. If they are
well enough, the child or young person can stay there too.
These homes save families on average £2140 and the average stay in a CLIC Sargent Home from Home is 23 days.
La La Choirs will perform their 3rd annual “CLIC for Christmas” concert at Exeter Cathedral on December 8th 2017.
