Fresh faces at Thompson Jenner LLP

Exeter and Exmouth based Chartered Accountants and business advisers Thompson Jenner LLP have taken on four new recruits as it continues to expand its team of young professionals.

Joining the firm are; Sam Laskey, Leonie Reynolds, Stephanie Hills and Alastair Baxter.

Ruskin Wilson, Partner at Thompson Jenner’s Exmouth office, said: “We are delighted to welcome all our new joiners and have no doubt they will quickly become valued members of our team.

The firm puts immense time and effort into the recruitment and development of its young members of staff and our recent influx of recruits and structured training continues to demonstrate this. New joiner Sam Laskey, who is local to Exmouth, was previously working in bookkeeping and payroll before joining Thompson Jenner’s Exmouth office. He will be training towards the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW)’s chartered accountancy qualification - the ACA.

Living in Sidmouth, Leonie Reynolds will join the small business accounts team in the firms Exmouth office. Leonie has worked in accounting previously before having a break to have a family. She will be continuing her training at Thompson Jenner, studying for the Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT) level 3 accounting qualification.

Stephanie Hill has joined the busy Exmouth Tax team. She will be continuing to develop her accountancy knowledge and train for her professional stage of the ACA accountancy exam. Stephanie joins the growing band of Exmouth staff living in Exeter.

Finally, Alastair Baxter has joined the firms Exeter office. Alastair has completed a degree at Keele University and will be commencing his ACA training to eventually become a chartered accountant. Alastair lives in Starcross and has good pedigree with Thompson Jenner already as his Corporate Services Manager mum Janice, recently celebrated completing 30 years’ service at the firms Exmouth office.
