Exeter BID appoints area representative
Exeter BID Board is pleased to announce that an Area 5 representative has been appointed following a ballot among members in the area.
Ray Frame, Store Manager of Wilko will represent the Guildhall and Lower High Street, which has been named Area 5 of the Exeter BID area.
Due to employment relocation, BID Board member and Area 5 representative, James Clark had to resign from the Board in July this year, the Board held a re-ballot to find a replacement.
Applications were received and counted by solicitors Stephens Scown and all Area 5 BID levy payers were eligible to vote on their preferred representative.
The ballot papers went out to BID levy payers on Thursday 30th June and the closing date was Monday 10th August.
Wayne Pearce, Chair of the Exeter BID Board said, “We are sad to say farewell to James but looking forward to welcoming Ray to the board. Along with our recently recruited CEO, Craig Bulley, we have a strong team and are excited about the future.”
