RES and Octopus Renewables have signed a three-year spares management contract which will see RES supply inverter spares for the clean energy investor’s solar assets in the UK.

The agreement requires RES to own over 1000 spare parts that are compatible with Octopus Renewables’ inverter fleet and deliver these on-demand within a guaranteed time period. This provides substantial availability improvement and commercial advantage for 640 MW of Octopus’ UK solar portfolio.

Rural communities in mid Devon and west Somerset have received a huge boost to their broadband, thanks to Connecting Devon and Somerset (CDS) in partnership with Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport (DCMS) and Exeter based broadband provider Technological.
