Orchestral Eucharist

Join us as we celebrate the Eucharist. The Boy Choristers, Girl Choristers, Lay Vicars and Choral Scholars of the Cathedral Choir will be joined by the Cathedral Chamber Orchestra (conducted by Andrew Millington) to give a liturgical performance of Schubert’s Mass in G.

All are welcome to attend this act of worship.

Boyzone and Alesha wow Devon crowds

Thousands of excited fans descended on Newton Abbot Racecourse to watch Boyzone and Alesha play the racecourse’s first-ever concert on Sunday 28th June.

The sun shone as over 7,000 fans came from all over the country, including places as far as Germany, to go back to the nineties and watch Boyzone perform some of their most popular songs from their 20 year career.

Glastonbury is over for another year, but Lyme Regis is preparing to go global on Saturday (4 July) as this year’s Big Mix family youth music festival welcomes a world of talent to the town from near and far.

Fresh from their appearance and having a massive impact at Glastonbury, dance band KOG and the Zongo Brigade will headline the festival. Exeter Children's Orchestra return to the Corn Exchange for their summer concert featuring Orchestre Jeune de Haute Bretagne, a visiting French orchestra.

The accomplished French orchestra of young people (14-24 age range), called the L'Orchestre des Jeunes de Haute Bretagne, are visiting Exeter this July. The OJHB are based in Rennes, Brittany, but they have travelled and performed extensively, including Japan, the US and China as well as many European countries. This summer they are the guests of the Exeter Children's Orchestra, and will be performing at several Exeter venues....
