Telecoms staff protect themselves against flu with a “win-win” immunisation programme

South West Communications Group staff have been invited to take part in a company-wide immunisation programme to protect themselves against the flu virus this winter.

The telecommunications firm first offered its staff free flu jabs last year in an effort to keep sick days at a minimum during the colder months.

A local Exeter restaurant, Harry’s on Longbrook Street, has secured its future through a mortgage from Lloyds Bank Commercial Banking after its leasehold was due to expire.

South West-based building contractor, C G Fry & Son has handed over Bevan House to Sovereign Housing Association in Whipton, Exeter. The project combining nine new apartments was built to PassivHaus Principles with a construction value of £1.1m.
