Thomas Cook Airlines will base an additional Airbus A320 aircraft at Bristol Airport from May 1, 2018 and increase its number of seats on sale from the airport to over 400,000 for the summer 18 season.

East Devon District Council Countryside Team Leader (Sites), James Chubb, has been granted a licence by Natural England to survey nationally protected dormice. The licence will allow the Countryside team to monitor this rare and declining mammal at the council’s nature reserves.

Tributes have been paid to ‘Mr Exeter’ Ron Crabb BEM, a much-loved and well-known personality who served as a Mace Sergeant at Exeter Guildhall for 22 years.
