A £2.2 million scheme to ease congestion at Moor Lane roundabout in Exeter has received the backing of Devon County Council’s Cabinet. Exeter musician Andrew Millington will be back performing with the city's oldest choir for a one-off performance at Exeter Northcott on June 1st.
