An Exeter resident has a huge amount to celebrate this weekend after winning not only his dream car, but £100,000 thanks to charity lottery, People’s Postcode Lottery. Peter Sergeant, 69, had been enjoying a coffee morning in his sheltered accommodation when he was surprised by People’s Postcode Lottery presenter, Scott Quinnell.
