Annual regatta with sporting events, musical entertainment and family fun!
Hosted by Sidmouth Sailing Club, there will be sea and shore based activies for the youngsters, sailing races, a raft race, a grand firework display, childrens fancy dress, family treasure hunt, bouncy castle, Punch and Judy, cake and sweet stall and a Real Ale tent!

Newfrontiers Churches from the South and South West are holding their annual bible weekend at Westpoint from 22rd - 25th August. They expect to see 2000 adults, young people and children attend, with main meetings in the Arena and camping on site.
There will be a wide and varied programme of events across the weekend including: Sports and Games, Big Meetings, Prayer, Fantastic Childrens Activities.

A special show event for all lovers of horses and agricultural events.
From Plough to Loaf will be demonstrated; ploughing, rolling, harrowing and drilling. Corn will be cut with a binder drawn by three shire horses. Brae will be baked on the field and a commentator will explain the whole process.
Other ring events include an opportunity to 'Have a Go' at ploughing following instruction.
The garden at Little Ash Bungalow at Fenny Bridges opens to the public on Sunday 18 August.
Gardener Helen Brown has developed a haven for wildlife which is just bursting with late summer colour and buzzing with insects. The garden has been developed over the past 13 years and has mixed tree, shrub and herbaceous borders filled with unusual plants; a pond and natural stream, with shady woodland area. Don't miss the highly popular summer exhibition at Budleigh Salterton, now in its 35th year. Displaying some of the best local art in the East Devon area.
