Exeter Wheelers; the long established cycling club of Exeter, will be holding their first Hill Climb Festival on Saturday 19th September. With Exeter hosting the Tour of Britain for the last two years in a row, cycling fever has never been stronger in the city, and this year Exeter Wheelers will continue the passion by running a day of events celebrating one of cycling’s unsung racing disciplines; hill climbing.
