Following formal identification, the lorry driver who died as a result of the collision which closed the A38 near Exeter on Saturday morning (9th April) has been named as Andrew Small, 32, from Torquay.
His family have paid tribute to him:

Hundreds of original paintings will go on display at the Devon Art Society ´s spring exhibition at St. Annes Hall, Babbacombe. There are classical themes covering floral, still-life, figurative and landscape as well as seascape subject matters and some abstracts too. Rose is described as white, 5 feet 2 inches tall with brown eyes, and long black hair either worn down or in a pony tail.
