Nicki Bidgood established Westcountry HR in 2012 and has been involved at a strategic level within HR for more than 10 years, covering a range of industries including professional services, finance, construction, retail and the manufacturing sectors.

She brings with her a wealth of experience in HR and in particular dealing with the day to day issues of employee relations, staff performance, sickness absence advice, employee engagement initiatives and Leadership and Management training. 

Nicki who lives in Newton Abbot is also the Secretary at the Torquay Chamber of Commerce and runs her very own Twitter Hour @newtonabbothour along with @Westcountry HR.
