Wiltshire Police are appealing for information regarding the whereabouts of Phillip Minshall, aged 23, from Swindon.
Mr Minshall was last seen at his home address in Toothill on the morning of 30th June when he left to go into the town centre. He has not been seen or heard from since.
Mr Minshall, who is originally from the Manchester area, has been living with his girlfriend in Swindon for the past three months.

The incident happened at around 9.35pm on Saturday, 6 June. Police have released images of the suspicious packages found on York Road and King William Street in Exeter yesterday (June 29th).
Two suspicious packages were discovered in the morning and led to evacuations in the area as the Royal Navy’s bomb disposal experts assessed and made safe the devices. The packages turned out to be suitcases filled with electrical equipment and wires, and not explosive devices.
