The Devon Chilli Fiesta will be held at RHS Garden Rosemoor on Saturday 10 and Sunday 11 May 2014.  This is a debut for the chilli fiesta in Devon, but will be held in an amazing setting in 65 acres of wonderful gardens, lakes and woodlands.  We hope to offer a great day out for chilli enthusiasts, gardeners, food lovers and families alike.

The acknowledged queen of the psychological thriller, Val McDermid will be a big draw at this year’s world-famous Agatha Christie Festival. Val will be talking about how she admired and drew inspiration from Torquay’s beloved Queen of Crime.

The Big Apple is a brand new three day event held at Healey’s Cyder Farm, near Perranporth, from Friday 27 to Sunday 29 September 2013. Large fire leads to firefighter’s art exhibition

A firefighter who was one of the first on the scene of a major fire in Crediton has created an exhibition charting the history of the buildings involved.

The fire in Buller Square on 2 February 2012 severely damaged five historic thatched cottages and adjoining properties were also damaged by the fire. Ten fire crews were fighting the fire at its height and firefighters were at the scene for three days.
